  Regulations
1. INTRODUCTION:


These Regulations state terms and conditions of reservations and rent of accommodation places, and a reservation shall be tantamount to approval of the Regulations conditions. The Agreement between the Owner of a complex and the Client shall be deemed concluded the moment of making a reservation.

2. RESERVATIONS:



In order to make a reservation one makes an advance payment, fill in and send a reservation form on our website www.around-krakow.pl. The amount of advance payment shall be determined by the owner of a complex.

An advance payment SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO RETURN. On receiving the advance payment we will send the Client an e-mail confirming the reception with an electronic voucher containing any and all data essential for the stay, in particular contact data of a person who will hand over keys on the day of the Client’s arrival. On that day the CLIENT SHALL BE OBLIGED to pay the remaining amount for the reservation to the person responsible for handing over the keys.


3. SCOPE OF RENT AGREEMENT:


The Agreement concluded by and between the Owner of the complex and a Client shall cover only the rent of the complex. The Client shall be responsible for the journey, meals and time organisation. Total rent price may be calculated on the website of a complex. Any details of a price are included in price specification before the reservation approval. The rent price includes charges for utilities (gas, energy, water) and final cleaning. The Owner shall not collect any other charges than those mentioned on the website of a complex.


4. GUEST ARRIVAL, HANDING OVER KEYS, GUEST DEPARTURE: 


The arrival shall take place at the time agreed upon by a person responsible for handing over the keys. The Client shall be responsible for informing the person at least one day before arrival about the planned hour of keys collection. In general, the room is at the guests’ disposal from 14:00 on the date of arrival.

Check-out must be done by 12:00 noon at the latest on date of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon with the person responsible for handing over the keys or specified on the website of a complex or in a voucher. If it is impossible for a Client to arrive on time pre-arranged, he or she shall be obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for handing over the keys on the phone. The Client shall be obliged to pay the amount of money specified in the voucher, even though his or her stay is delayed or shortened for reasons beyond the control of the Owner of the complex (transport difficulties, strikes, personal reasons).


5. CLIENT DUTIES: 


The number of persons to stay in the complex shall be limited to the number specified in the voucher. The Client shall be obliged to inform Around-Krakow Company through the phone or e-mail about any changes of that number. If the number of persons exceeds the number specified in the voucher, the person responsible for the keys may refuse to provide the keys to the complex.

The Client must obey the rules of good neighbourhood and keep the complex in order. The Client shall be obliged to immediately inform the person responsible for the keys about any and all damages and defects found in the complex and report any damages caused by him- or herself during the stay. The equivalent of the damages and their removal shall be paid by the Client. The Owner of the damaged property shall decide about the manner of compensation.


6. CHANGES OF RESERVATION:


- THE EXTENSION OF STAY:

The stay in a complex may be extended. In case of stay extension, the Client shall be obliged to inform Around Krakow company through the phone or e-mail about the wish of stay extension.

- THE CHANGE OF NUMBER OF PERSONS:

The number of persons may be changed upon the consent of the Owner of the Complex. The Client shall be obliged to inform Around Krakow company through the phone or e-mail about planned changes.


7. THE TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF A CLIENT TO ANOTHER PERSON:

 
The Client may transfer any rights he or she is entitled to on account of the reservation at any time to another person if the person assumes any and all duties which result from the reservation. In such event, the Owner shall be informed about the change of person making reservation providing personal details of the person who is to assume rights and duties which result from the Agreement.


8. FREE STAY OF A CHILD: 


A child under 5 (one for two adults) sleeping with adults or in own cot and not requiring bedclothes does not incur any costs for stay. Making reservation one should chose in the form the number of persons without the child, but the age of the child is to be specified in blank “Notes”. Other children pay regular price.

9. ANIMALS:


If it has not been stated otherwise on a complex website, taking small animals is permitted. The Client bears any and all responsibility for damages caused by the animal and shall be obliged to compensate for them. The Owner of damaged property shall decide upon the manner of compensation.


10. FORCE MAJEURE:


In case of occurring any circumstances which were impossible to foresee and their results are impossible to remove with the use of traditional methods, the Owner shall reserve the right to offer the Client a substitute similar to what the Client has originally reserved In case of Force Majeure, the Owner has the right to annul the Agreement.

This also concerns cases when personal safety of a Client or his/her property shall not be guaranteed due to reasons beyond the control of the Owner. Any amounts paid by the Client shall be subject to immediate refund, upon deduction of amounts due for service already provided.

11. PROPER LAW:


Polish law shall be proper for any and all disputes between the Owner and the Client. The disputes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Owner.
